We apply the following procedure for the recruitment of professional applicants.
Pre Screening
Short listed applicants undertake a pre interview conducted by our human recourse recruiting officer. The objective is to select the right candidates the candidates qualifying in the pre interview will be prepared for final interview.
Final Interview
The selected applicants in the pre screening are presented to the interviewer of the company representative for ultimate selection. It the applications need to be tested technically, sigma overseas manpower will arrange the trade test.
Medical test
The selected applications will be sent to qualified clinic for medical and psychological test to ensure that they are sufficiently fit physically and mentally before joining the company.
Documentation and Processing
We provide the resume of relevant candidates with our recruiting manager’s remarks. After approval and on receipt of the authenticated documents the selected candidates are sent for their medical test we then manage the successful candidates Visa requirements.
Pre departure orientation
We introduce your company’s employment package and benefits, rules and regulations, and the host country’s culture, customs and traditions. We cover the do’s and don’ts and applicable law to your future employees.
Security Guards
Soldiers from the kingdom from Gorkha establishes as international reputation for their marital qualities during the eighteenth century with their successful invasion of Tibet. The Gurkha reputation for material prowess and obedience to authority was firmly established during the 1857-58 sepoy rebellion, which seriously threatened British ascendancy in South Asia.
Under a Tripartite Agreement signed in 1947 by Nepal, India and Great Britain, The Gurkha Brigade was divided between British and Indian forces. Four regiments remained in the British service, and six passed to the new Indian Army.
Militarily, the presences of over 100000Â trained and disciplined Gurkha veterans was a valuable human resource. Service abroad widened their horizon, and military training and discipline taught them not only how to obey, but also how to give orders. Many Gurkhas gained specialized skills in communications and engineering units, and most have had some training in such practical subjects as sanitation, hygiene, agriculture and the building trades.
